Sally started her career in 1987 with Deutsche Asset Management working in a number of Operational roles.

She left to join Dresdner RCM in 1999 as head of Trade Support and moved to AXA in 2001 as Vice President of Operations.

She left AXA in 2003 and since then has had an interim role with the Kuwait Investment Office.
