Kay worked for Deutsche Asset Management for 23 years, latterly as head of the fund administration and client servicing teams.

Recruitment has been a significant part of her experience, working with agencies, HR, interviewing, testing and final selection.

Kay helped develop the Operational Graduate programme and was instrumental in designing and running the selection assessment centres.
