Gerald Hough is the Chief Executive of Asirt, the UK e-recruitment consultancy. Web-pages are increasingly used to recruit at most management levels. Asirt’s bespoke Bureau Service is now recognised as among the leading internet-based recruitment systems – greatly improving communications with applicants, securing the better candidates quicker and removing inconsistency.

Having worked in senior operational and financial roles for Honeywell and CBS, Gerald joined Deutsche Asset Management where he spent 14 years.

He became Chief Operating Officer for Europe and then Chief Executive of Deutsche Life and Pensions. Gerald is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
